CVC CODE = The three-digit (3) value printed on the signature panel of Visa and MasterCard. If you have a combined credit/debit payment card, and want to make a debit transaction use the three-digit (3) value printed beside the debit card number of Visa or MasterCard.
In the event of using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard via Luottokunta, Oy Detector Labs Ltd is responsible for marketing and delivering the products and services to the buyer. Oy Detector Labs Nordic Ltd operates as a seller and receiver in the case of purchasing with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. The transaction is then between the customer and Oy Detector Labs Nordic Ltd.
Credit card payments are done using Luottokunta’s SSL-secured payment form. International verification services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used to identify the cardholder. We do not have access to credit card information or store it on our site.

Orders are being shipped at the earliest possible (within 3 days or so) after the receipt of payment subject to the goods being unsold. In the event of back orders (product is not available in stock), the packages will be dispatched as soon as possible after additional consignment has been received in stock.
If you are not totally satisfied with our service or quality of products, we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. You must return the goods at your own cost in their original packaging to Detector Labs Nordic Ltd within 30 days in the condition they were received.
We will refund the value of the goods less carriage charges as long as they are returned suitably packaged & in a resellable condition with original packaging. If the goods are used in any way they will be deemed as accepted.

If the package is damaged during delivery, contact your postal service for damage notification. We don't ship broken or faulty products, but if for some reason you'll receive a broken or faulty product, contact us at: sales[AT]detectorlabs[DOT]com and we will further consider how to solve the problem.
If you purchase from DetectorLabs.com by internet you have right to return any goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Within 30-days customer can open the package, try and test the product the same way as it would be possible in the store. He/she can however not take the product in full use.
All our products have a full 30-day return and exchange policy starting from the day you received the product or alternatively the day of purchase. Customer’s responsibility is to prove the date when the package is received, for example with a note from the post office.
In the report please state your order number, email, name, address and the reason for returning the product.
In the event of returning goods, please do it at your own cost within 30 days from receipt of goods on condition that the goods are un-used and resellable. We will refund the value of the goods as long as they are returned suitably packaged & in an un-used condition with original packaging.
Items should be returned in their original packages. When the reason for the returning is our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.
Detector Labs is not responsible for postage charges incurred by exchanging or returning products. In case of exchange we will however pay the postages for sending new items.

Make sure you ask for a receipt for your return, so that in case your parcel gets lost in the mail, the postal service will take full responsibility. Unfortunately, we can't take any responsibility for items lost in the mail.

To trace the shipment by given tracking code is easy. Once you have received the tracking code after payment and shipping, you can use a global tracking service at: http://www.track-trace.com/post.
Paste the tracking code to the text field, click "Track with options". Then the local site appears that shows the shipment date.
For further information please click a tab "Select country" on the top of the page, and then select a country of the destination and you'll see where the shipment locates.
If you cannot see the location by selecting the destination country, then you must select the obvious country that the shipment is coming trought.
For example our shipments most often are sent from Finland and Estonia, then select the countries between your country and our countries.
